Mohegan Sun Ranked Number One for “Best Casino Hotel” Second Year in a Row
UNCASVILLE, CT (October 1, 2018) – Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE), operators of Mohegan Sun in Connecticut and Pennsylvania, and manager of multiple properties throughout the United States and internationally, today announced that its flagship location, Mohegan Sun, has achieved significant honors in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. Marking an incredible year for the East Coast’s premier integrated entertainment resort (IER) destination, Mohegan Sun was voted “Best Casino Hotel,” receiving the number one spot in the category, along with second place awards for “Best Casino Outside of Las Vegas” and “Best Player’s Club” for its Momentum Rewards Program.

Nominees for USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards were selected by an esteemed panel including editors from both USA Today and 10Best.com, as well as relevant expert contributors. Readers voted over the span of four weeks on their favorite choices in each category. Mohegan Sun was also named “Best U.S. Casino” in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards in 2017.
