A veteran in the casino industry, Joe Lobe started his gaming industry career in the finance department of Foxwoods Resort Casino. From there, Lobe started to build his career with Mohegan in 2008 and has held various roles in the company including Mergers & Acquisitions in addition to various roles in the MTGA (Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority) legal department. As Acting Chief Legal Officer, Joe leads the legal, compliance and risk management functions for Mohegan corporate. He and his team proudly support Mohegan Sun in Connecticut, Mohegan Pennsylvania as well as Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, ON, Canada.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University where he has also taught as an adjunct professor for many years. Joe received his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.
Joe also proudly serves as an officer of ECSU Foundation Inc. – a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to support programs at Eastern Connecticut State University.
