Kelly Sullivan has built a distinguished career with Mohegan working both domestically and internationally in various roles and currently serves as Vice President of People Operations, where she leads enterprise-wide people strategy across Mohegan’s operations. A trusted executive leader, Sullivan is responsible for shaping and executing workforce strategies that support existing properties and long-term organizational growth.

As a key member of the Mohegan Executive Team, she partners closely with senior leadership to drive alignment across all operations, overseeing the entire team member life cycle including talent development, organizational effectiveness, team member and guest experience, team member relations, and people-related operational excellence. Her role spans Mohegan’s integrated resort portfolio and digital gaming platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, and cultural alignment across diverse markets.

Sullivan’s work is grounded in Mohegan Tribal values and focuses on building sustainable organizations that support future generations while contributing positively to the communities in which Mohegan operates. Kelly’s commitment to community service spans into her personal life, serving on numerous boards. Kelly holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology and in 2019, Sullivan was named one of the “Emerging Leaders of Gaming: 40 Under 40” for the 2019–2020 class, honoring rising leaders who have made significant contributions to the global gaming industry.
