Following its soft opening on November 30, INSPIRE has curated these packages to enhance the holiday experience, offering a variety of options across INSPIRE’s signature restaurants, casual dining venues, and bars and lounges.
In the Horizon Lounge, the main lobby connecting all three hotel towers of INSPIRE, guests will find holiday cakes handcrafted by expert pastry chefs and specialty champagnes prepared for the season. Three types of cakes will be available from December 22 through Christmas Day, including Strawberry Whipped Cream Cake, Ornament Tree Cake, and White Noel, a French Christmas cake shaped like a log. To add to the romance of the holiday season in the intimate setting of the Horizon Lounge under the glowing lights, the Champagne Nights package is available for five nights, December 22-24 and December 30-31, featuring Crostini & Domaine Chandon Brut NV and an upgrade available to Veuve Clicquot, the world’s top three champagnes.
Garden Farm Café, a casual farm-to-table dining restaurant specially curated by INSPIRE’s Executive Chef, offers a delicious multi-course menu designed for couples and families seeking nourishment for both body and soul. For those looking to end the year in a relaxed atmosphere with loved ones, Hong Pan is the ideal destination for a holiday feast featuring a variety of traditional dishes from Northern China, including dim sum and Beijing duck. Both restaurants will offer visitors an exceptional dining experience with special holiday-themed lunch and dinner menus. These specials will be available for five days – from December 23 to Christmas Day, and from December 31 to January 1 next year.
At Chef’s Kitchen, INSPIRE’s signature restaurant, a captivating open kitchen-style international buffet located in the Rotunda area under stunning digital chandeliers, guests will be treated to a holiday feast curated by chefs in six live kitchens. From December 22 to 25, guests can feast their eyes and taste buds with an array of exquisite dishes made with rare ingredients, including a special ‘Lobster Thermidor,’ the holiday-exclusive ‘Caviar Beef Tartare,’ and festive desserts such as ‘Snowman Gingerbread Cookies’ and ‘Christmas Tree Cupcakes.’ These offerings are available for pass-through service.
For those seeking a blend of Christmas concerts, live music, and cocktails, the Aurora Bar awaits at the entrance to Aurora, INSPIRE’s state-of-the-art digital entertainment street. Guests will experience the sensation of floating through time and space while enjoying a specially crafted ‘Holiday Cloud’ cocktail—a delightful blend of a white wine base and sweet, refreshing ingredients—accompanied by a spectacular digital show displayed on a giant 150-meter-long LED screen. This exclusive package is available for five nights: December 23-25 and 30-31, with a DJ performance and a New Year’s Eve countdown on December 31.
